Booking.com is a Dutch online travel agency for lodging reservations & other travel products. Booking is Headquartered in an Amsterdam address, the company has been in business from 1996-2021.
The company’s primary interest is to help customers search and find a property to book at a specific address. Services are also available for the client to book. Payment is made using booking.com as an intermediary.
Like all services over the internet, payment for bookings need to be made by credit card.
I Lost My Booking Receipt. What Should I Do?
Booking.com can provide receipts for proof of payment. However, due to legal reasons, only accommodation partners can issue invoices for their guests. After payment through the website, the client can take the invoice and get a receipt from Booking.com.
Getting your Booking Receipt.
- Click on the ‘Finance’ tab at the top of the page and select ‘Invoices.’
- A list of your invoices will appear, and under ‘Invoice amount,’ you’ll have the option to view the related reservation.
- You can also download a PDF version of your invoice in the left-hand column marked ‘Invoice.’
Once you get your PDF version, you can print and show it to any relevant agencies. When you get your invoice, you can get your receipt from the booking.com website.

Booking.com has an online help service that is available for any questions you might have. If the previous instructions don’t cover the issue, you have to feel free to use the website to contact the company’s help service.
