If you have the Concur App at the same time as you use Uber Trip receipts will automatically be sent to Concur Expense. To connect Concur to Uber simply:
Step 1.
Log in to your Uber account and agree to connect accounts.
Instead of going through all those steps, just connect to WellyBox. It automatically collects your digital receipts and invoices from your email inbox and from web portals (including Uber), and enter the receipts to your accounting tools automatically.
Step 2.
Open the Concur app and click “Connect” to begin the process to link accounts.
Sit back and relax. Your ride receipts will automatically appear in your receipt store and get added automatically to your next expense report from Concur.
If you have older rides you would like to add to Concur from Uber that took place before you installed Concur, you can manually enter them.
In case your Uber account and your Concur account are not connected, or were not connected at the time you got a receipt from Uber that now you would like to send to Concur, follow those steps.
Step 1:
Log into your Uber Account.
Step 2:
Tap the ‘View Detail’ button.
Step 3:
Tap “Download invoice” to receive a PDF.
Step 4:
Upload the downloaded invoice to Concur.
Here’s how to send a receipt from Uber to Concur online.
Step 1.
Log in to WellyBox. In case f you don’t have an account yet, sign up and you will be automatically transferred to WellyBox dashboard.
Step 2.
From your dashboard, Click on “Sync” on the left side bar. Search for Concur and click on it. All of your Uber receiptswill be linked to your Concur account through WellyBox.
